I was meeting a friend, a fellow member of the Student Council, in school one evening and he was off to get some files from Brianwaves before we continue our meeting. He came back and had an interesting story to share with me. It seems like the shop was closed at 7.42pm. As he knocked on the glass door, the counter lady signalled to him that it was closed. Since he needed the files badly, he started giving a puppy dog look which would melt any woman's heart. The lady then went and opened the door for him and told him, "I give you two minutes" and went back to her counter to finish up whatever she was doing. How gracious of her, I thought.
In the first place, is the shop supposed to be closed at 7.42pm when it is stated that it will only be closed at 8pm?
If no is your answer to the above question, then what right do you as a customer service personel have to make that sort of rude demand especially when the guy has done nothing wrong??
Finally, don't you think somebody in the school should be monitoring all these, to make sure everything opens and closes as promised???
