Say What?
Tennis and soccer are two of the most popular games in any part of the world. We don’t have a shortage of players for both sports in MDIS as well. But what about a game of Tennisoc? It might sound alien but it’s a pretty simple fusion of both tennis and soccer.
A brain child of the MDIS soccer boys, the game is played in a tennis court. Instead of the rackets and tennis ball, the players will use a soccer ball and play with any parts of their body except their hands. This simple game was started off with the purpose of improving the ball control skills of the soccer boys.
What started out as experimentation has evolved into a rather competitive fixture during the soccer training sessions every Wednesday. Do join the soccer boys every Wednesday at 5pm and find out how this unique yet equally exciting game is played.
